UNILAG DIPLOMA PROGRAMME 

The UNILAG Diploma programme is also called UNILAG Foundation Programme or simply called UNILAG JUPEB.

The programme like every other JUPEB programme is a one year programme and it enables successful candidates to gain admission into 200level to their preferred course of study at the University.

This goes without saying that candidates will gain this admission without writing Jamb or Post UTME. Therefore, you should consider the option of taking UNILAG diploma programme.

A lot of people usually think there is a difference between UNILAG Diploma and UNILAG JUPEB. So, let us inform you that there is absolutely no difference.

Hence, the UNILAG Diploma is the same as UNILAG JUPEB or UNILAG Pre-Degree or UNILAG Foundation as some may choose to call it.

Therefore, anytime you come across UNILAG Diploma Programme, be rest assured it is the same programme as UNILAG JUPEB, UNILAG Pre-Degree or UNILAG Foundation Programme and the same information or details apply to them.

The Programme Form is sold for N25,000 which can only be purchased at the official website of UNILAG Foundation at foundation.unilag.edu.ng

That also is the website for UNILAG Foundation programme, UNILAG Diploma, UNILAG JUPEB.

The programme is popularly known as UNILAG JUPEB.

 

HOW TO BUY UNILAG DIPLOMA FORM?

There are two ways of registering or purchasing the UNILAG Diploma Form.

The first is to visit the Foundation website to confirm the availability of the form and register on the website or go to the foundation office in UNILAG to register.

However, some students are unable to register with UNILAG before the form closes or who consider some options and decide to register using the second way.

We will discuss some of these options later in the post but let us tell you about the second way of registration.

Before we talk about the second way, let us give you an important background into the formation of JUPEB.

The JUPEB Programme was established by a consortium of 10 partnering Universities led by the University of Lagos. This simply means that other than UNILAG, there are other places you can run your JUPEB Programme and still transfer into UNILAG.

Due to the fact that these Universities may not be able to accommodate all interested candidates, they do two things.

Firstly, they organize an entry exam with the aim of reducing the number of students, and secondly they license Private JUPEB Centres in Nigeria. These JUPEB Centres are accredited to run JUPEB.

Therefore, the second way is to register with us.

For prospective students who are unable to register with the UNILAG Foundation office before they close the sale of form, you can register with us and kick start your dream into getting admission into 200level in UNILAG and other institutions of choice.

HOW MUCH IS UNILAG DIPLOMA/JUPEB FEES?

The cost to run the Diploma/JUPEB programme in UNILAG is within N400,000 and N500,000. You should also know that the programme is a non-residential one on UNILAG and the cost is without accommodation.

However, you can secure admission into UNILAG without JAMB through JUPEB at private centres and pay less. And if you run your JUPEB programme with us, be sure of success.

We go through a very simple process. When the JUPEB Session has ended, which is the same time UNILAG Diploma ends, the only thing you have to do is purchase a  Direct Entry Form from the Jamb Office.

After that, we will guide you through the other processes to secure 200-level admission into UNILAG.

HOW MUCH IS OUR JUPEB FEE?

The JUPEB fee varies from state to state. The price for UNILAG is different from that of UNILORIN and OAU. There are a lot of variables that facilitate these differences in a different state.

How much is JUPEB in Lagos?

5. Exam fees.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER FOR UNILAG DIPLOMA?

The only criterion for registration for JUPEB with UNILAG is the O’level result. This is the same requirement for registration with us as well.

Similarly, there are those who want to use Awaiting Result who are asking if they are eligible. You can use it if you’re registering with us, so long the result will be available before the end of the JUPEB session.

Above all, the major reason for this is because you will need that to process your Direct Entry Admission.
